Regin Multi-Size Fan Puller REGT25 - Suitable for most Four Splined Pump Drive Fan Impellers
The Regin multi-size fan puller is an ideal bit of kit especially if you find yourself working frequently with Riello RDB Burners and four splined pump drive fan impellers. This is a must have in your tool box if you're in the plumbing and heating trade and it comes from the ever reliable folks at Regin.
Preparation and fitting instructions: Wire brush debris from hub of fan and clean end of motor shaft with emery cloth. File off any burrs from the end of the motor shaft. Where necessary drill into the centre of the motor shaft to give location for the point of the screw bolt. Remove the grub screw from the hub of the fan and apply easing fluid through the screw hole. Fit required end of clamp block to hub of fan and tighten inset grub screws. Fit puller screw plate to clamp block and tighten inset grub screws. Locate the end of the puller screw into shaft recess and tighten progressively until the fan is removed.
